As lead designer on Poor Ezra's Almanac, an indie literary magazine based in Brooklyn, I helped with the entire visual design process of laying out the publication's Volume V.
From Poor Ezra's site:
Poor Ezra’s Almanac was born out of necessity. Founder and editor Joe DeBritz wanted a place to display his own writing as well the work of artists and writers working outside of the mainstream.
Poor Ezra’s Almanac showcases the writing we enjoy. We feature poetry, creative nonfiction, and short fiction. Everything we create is done on a collective, volunteer basis, and the issues will always be free to the subscriber. Each issue is designed by a guest artist or designer.
